Also correct.  In my rush to get these out before I loaded my computers on a 
moving truck, I just used Word, which was readily available on my laptop.  It 
does _many_ bad things.  Normally I hand-clean the HTML when I do that, but 
didn't have time.  Final versions of this spec will be well-formed and use 
CSS.  An XML version might also be a good thing, eventually.
